Public Notice of Sale - Surplus Vehicle

In accordance with the Greer Housing Authority Disposition Policy, notice is hereby given of the public sale of the following surplus vehicle:

Vehicle: 2017 Nissan Titan 
Mileage: 73,134 Miles
Condition:

• Starts and runs
• Equipped with A/C and AM/FM Radio
• Tires in good to fair condition
• Some body damage present

This vehicle will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. There are no title restrictions.

Minimum Acceptable Bid: 
In accordance with GHA disposition requirements to ensure sale at fair value, the minimum acceptable bid is $2,500.00

Sale Method: 
Sealed bids will be accepted as part of a public sale process in compliance with GHA disposition requirements for property of this value.

Bid Submission: 
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and mailed or delivered to:

Bid Opening: 
Sealed bids will be publicly opened on March 20, 2026.

Bids must be received no later than April 21, 2026.

The Greer Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the sale in the best interest of the Authority
