Greer Housing Authority - ADA Ramp Installation
211 Austin Street • Upper Access, Building A (Front)
Greer Housing Authority (GHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the design, layout, and installation of an ADA-compliant access ramp at 211 Austin Street, Upper Access at Building A - Front.
Scope of Work:
- Site evaluation and measurement
- Development of an ADA-compliant ramp design
- Construction and installation of the approved design
- Compliance with all applicable ADA, federal, state, and local requirements
- All associated labor, materials, equipment, and permits
Contractor Eligibility:
- Demonstrated experience with ADA access projects
- Required licenses and insurance
- Compliance with HUD procurement standards and all relevant regulations
Bid Information:
Sealed bids will be received until January 08, 2026 - 2:00 PM (EST). Bids received after this time will not be considered.
The project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with HUD Procurement Handbook 7460.8 REV 2.

GHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous.
