*Being a Good Neighbor*
Being a good neighbor is keeping a peaceful environment for other residents. This includes turning down loud music and TV's, not having verbal arguments, and not participating in physical altercations. According to your lease, all these are grounds for lease violations and could result in evictions. This includes your guests.

Fireworks!!!
Please remember that fireworks are not allowed on the property. Anyone caught popping fireworks can and will be charged. And you will receive a lease violation.
