GHA OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM

Office Closed from December 23rd-28th in observance of the Holidays.
Please call the Maintenance Line during holiday office closed hours at 864.968.9081.
Reminder: It is your responsibility to report all changes in household composition, employment, income, etc., within ten (10) days.
For maintenance concerns/work orders:
During normal office hours:
Call 864.877.5471 Extension 0 (Zero), OR submit your request online on the Tenant Portal: (greersc.housingmanager.com)
For after-hours concerns:
If it's not an emergency, WAIT until the office is open.
If it IS an emergency, call 864.968.9081.
What constitutes an emergency:
- Fire
- Serious water leak / burst water pipe
- The toilet won't flush if the unit has only one (1) toilet. (If your unit has two (2) toilets, this is not an emergency and can wait until office hours)
- Sewer back-up
- Unable to lock the door
- No heat
- No A/C (only if outside temp is 85 or higher, per local news)
- No water
- Inoperative/stuck elevator

The pile of presents is a mountain of joy
A train set, some dolls, and a cuddly toy
The children's faces are full of glee
As they open their presents by the tree
The dinner is a banquet, fit for King and Queen
It's the most wonderful Christmas I've ever seen!

Application for the 2026 PHADA Scholarship Program is Now Open
Submissions are due to PHADA by January 23, 2026
In order to encourage academic excellence and community responsibility among high school students, PHADA has implemented a scholarship program for graduating seniors who are preparing to enter college. PHADA will award three scholarships to deserving youth currently residing in a PHADA member agency.
These include the:
- Stephen J. Bollinger Memorial Scholarship $10,000
- Civil Rights and Social Justice Scholarship $5,000
- Nan McKay Pathway to Achievement Scholarship $5,000
The scholarship fund will be administered by the PHADA Scholarship Committee. The money will go directly to the school that the recipient will be attending. The school will deposit the money into the student's account. The money may only be used to pay for tuition, books, and activities directly related to the student's education. If the student discontinues his or her education, the un
