Notice of Upcoming Bid Opportunities
The Housing Authority of Greer, 103 School Street, Greer, South Carolina will be seeking bids for the following work to be completed in 24 dwelling units at Development SC16-002:
- BID PACKAGE A: Kitchen renovations to include new upper and lower cabinets, countertops and sinks.
- BID PACKAGE B: Bathroom renovations to include new vanity base and sink top.
- BID PACKAGE C: Exterior renovations to include new roofing shingles, gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia.
- BID PACKAGE D: Masonry work to include brick and concrete repair.
Contractors may bid on BID PACKAGE 'A', BID PACKAGE 'B', BID PACKAGE 'C' and BID PACKAGE 'D' or any combination thereof. The contracts will each stand alone and will be awarded to the low bidder individually.
All prospective Bidders are to be Licensed Contractors in the State of South Carolina in accordance with the South Carolina Code of Laws (Unannotated). Refer to TITLE 40 - Professions and Occupations, CHAPTER 11. CONTRACTORS. Please click here for the Code of Laws. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to comply with the applicable Codes. No bid will be opened unless the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the contractor's name, license number, the date of the license's expiration, and a quotation of that part of his classification applying to the bid.
Contractors will be notified once the plans and specifications are available which is anticipated to be early July 2025.
