Public Housing Waiting List Opens 6/2

Greer Housing Authority will open its waiting lists by accepting applications for the following Public Housing categories: two (2) and three (3) bedrooms (see Occupancy chart below) and Elderly Only Designated units (62 and older).

Applications will be accepted online through the GHA website, Greerha.com beginning Monday, June 2, 2025 at 10:00 am.

Greer Housing will close the waiting list when the estimated waiting period for housing assistance applications on the lists is reached (approximately 24 months).

Reasonable Accommodation requests for accessing applications will be taken at the office located at 103 School St., Greer SC 29651 by appointment.
